We believe that taking care of our minds by understanding our mental health and well-being can improve our connections to each other and within ourselves, both in the sporting context and outside of it, making us better athletes and better individuals.
Body
We realise that physical health can be determined by many things. Our focus is in exploring the many variables that affect our bodies, such as training and injuries, diet and nutrition, rest and rehabilitation.
Land
Our connection to land is paramount, not just because there’s nothing better than a pristine green field to play on, but also because we are part of a living ecosystem. As humans, we have a responsibility to be sustainable, caring, and respectful towards the land that we are on.
